Project Execution

This workshop, based on the Project Management Institute's (PMI) latest PMBOK® Guide, focuses on effectively overseeing and managing the various project components to successful completion. During project execution, project team members and stakeholders must work together to carry out the plan and stay in line with the project's scope, time, cost, and quality objectives. You will examine and apply proven tools and techniques for quality assurance, project team development, project information distribution, and selection of sellers.
