Have you ever come out of a tense situation where the give-and-take process wasn't balanced between you and the other person and you wished you had known how to better handle yourself? Our Negotiation Skills course takes you through all of the major steps involved in preparing for and completing a negotiation. The same steps can be applied to a variety of situations whether formal employee contract negotiations or negotiating the terms of a sale. Participants are given opportunities to practice key negotiating skills and techniques as well as analyze the different results in win-win, win-lose and lose-lose negotiation outcomes.
