Workplace bullying has a profoundly negative impact on the individual and the employer through increased absenteeism, decreased productivity, and low morale. Creating a respectful workplace is of critical importance. This course will examine ways to build a respectful workplace and enhance workplace morale and employee engagement as well as addressing how to prevent and appropriately deal with workplace bullying/violence. |
