Ethical dilemmas are common in business. While most dilemmas do not make it to the front page of the newspaper, they do require a set of skills to prevent them from escalating into larger problems. The goal of this course is to develop and practice the skills to create and sustain ethical conduct in the workplace. Through self-assessments, group activities and case analysis, participants will be able to: identify ethical problems, resolve ethical dilemmas, identify personal and corporate value, create and evaluate codes of ethics, enhance their management skills by building moral intelligence.
No prerequisite for this course. To obtain the SAIT's Applied Management Certificate, courses completed must add up to a minimum of 144 hours. This course can be used as an elective for SAIT's Project Management Certificate.
