This one-day course is designed for people who manage activities, initiatives and projects without a direct reporting relationship. Develop skills to get things done through people with efficiency and grace. By applying planning, communication and leadership, participants will ensure their ideas get heard and their projects get done.
No prerequisite for this course. To obtain SAIT's Applied Management Certificate, courses completed must add up to a minimum of 144 hours. This course can be used as an elective for SAIT's Project Management Certificate.
