It will focus on increasing knowledge and skills for behaviourally-based interviewing and how to design and execute effective, targeted questions to ensure you make the best hiring decisions. In addition, it will enhance your awareness of the human rights and legal issues affecting both functions. It examines the role of resumes and proper reference checks and analyzes the strategic importance of successful hiring techniques for your organization.
