The statistics on team building are in and they¿re conclusive. High-performing teams result in increased productivity and greater employee engagement. However, not every team becomes a high-performing team. Participants in this course are introduced to principles and practices for transforming work groups into dynamic teams capable of achieving larger organizational goals. Learn to identify and use the right building blocks to create teams of motivated and accountable employees.
No prerequisite for this course. To obtain SAIT's Applied Management Certificate, courses completed must add up to a minimum of 144 hours. This course can be used as an elective for SAIT's Applied Project Management Certificate.
