Managers are most effective when a team of well-trained professionals supports them. To become professionals employees must know what is expected of them on the job and have the knowledge and skills necessary to perform effectively. This course will provide participants with the process they can use to develop professionals. Participants will have opportunities to develop a training plan, identify the best training methods, practice training skills, and evaluate the effectiveness of training.
No prerequisite for this course. To obtain SAIT's Applied Management Certificate, courses completed must add up to a minimum of 144 hours . This course can be used as an elective for SAIT's Applied Project Management Certificate.
