Project Planning I

This workshop, based on the Project Management Institute's (PMI) latest PMBOKĀ® Guide, focuses on the process of building a comprehensive, realistic and credible project plan. You will learn how to develop the project's schedule, cost and quality baselines which will be used to monitor and control the project as it is executed. As part of the planning process, project activities are defined and sequenced, resources are assigned, and quality standards are set. You will also consider the human dimension of project planning and the importance of assembling the best team you can.
