Starting with basic risk management concepts, you explore the five step process for building the project risk management plan. The benefits of proactive risk assessment and appropriate risk response planning will be emphasized and strategies for collaboratively developing a comprehensive risk management plan will be presented. You will also consider and apply project procurement planning tools and techniques in widespread use today. Although Project Planning I is a recommended prerequisite, it is not mandatory.
