Project Control and Closing

As a project is executed, critical systems and processes are needed to ensure the project adheres to approved scope, time, cost, and quality baselines. This workshop, based on the Project Management Institute's (PMI) latest PMBOKĀ® Guide, focuses on overall project change control, scope control and verification, schedule control, cost control including earned value management, quality control, and risk monitoring and control. Because projects rarely go exactly as planned, effective preventative and corrective actions are necessary. You will also consider the importance of properly closing the project from an administrative and human resource point of view.
