SAIT’s Technical English Training program is an integral component of our Workforce Nationalization Training solution for exploration and production companies operating worldwide.

This technical English program is designed  to upgrade the English language capabilities of your operations and maintenance personnel-in-training, providing them with the language and study skills required for success in the acquisition and processing of the content in their fast-track technical training. 

Based on our experience delivering training programs for Workforce Nationalization, our Technical English Training program component has provided the best English language competency of learners when implemented as part of our In-Canada training option, delivered out of SAIT in Calgary.

This program is delivered in a blended format (face-to-face and technology-based) to improve learning outcomes and is customized to reflect the specific types of facilities and production operations that your trainees are  or will be using on-the-job.

Trainee progress is measured on a regular basis during this program using the task-based Canadian Language Benchmark Assessment (CLBA) tool.
