Here’s how we do it for our face-to-face, instructor-led training option:
SAIT supports learning transfer from the get-go by identifying your needs and resources for training. Once your needs are defined, we begin the creation of the training solution customized to your learner and company goals. We involve you and your key stakeholders in this process and guide you in the selection of the most appropriate content, flexible delivery options and other training products and services available.
As instructional staff we are experienced in training corporate personnel, technical and non-technical. Our approach recognizes the needs of the adult learner so we use sound planning and presentation principles ensuring the delivery of a highly interactive, practical, experiential training event. We engage adult learners using activities based on real workplace examples, job aids and draw from their own skills and experiences. We also use state-of-the-art lab facilities and demonstration sites to simulate real work environments. We give individualized feedback, and coach and discuss ways to apply what trainees have learned into their specific jobs.
During this stage we conduct trainee satisfaction surveys, and also provide you with an assessment/report of your employee’s performance in the training that was provided. Upon your request, we also make recommendations for continued on-the-job learning which may include follow-up coaching or refresher training.
