SAIT’s training in Liquefied Petroleum Gas (LPG) features a midstream distance learning course focused on the equipment, process operations and safety aspects involved in the recovery of valuable liquefied petroleum gas.

The LPG operations program covers technical knowledge about plant operations, plant equipment, plant processes and auxiliary equipment/instrumentation, plant safety and underlying concepts.

Who is this training for?

These courses are designed for junior to intermediate operators, and will benefit any operator looking for a foundational knowledge in LPG plant operations. Upon completion of this four-level certificate program, new entrants into the oil and gas industry (midstream) will be able to work in LPG operations as entry-level gas plant operators.
